How can I change my flights on my booking?

To make an amendment to your flight booking, this can be completed by one of our Chat agents or by calling our Contact Centre if the booked fare allows this change.

Changes can include, different dates of travel, different departure airport and/or different arrival airport.

Can I change my booking once I have checked in on-line?

Once you have checked-in on-line, no further changes are permitted to that booking.

Once I have chosen a meal, can I change it later?

Yes, meals can be amended at a later date. This would need to be completed by getting in touch with one of our Live Chat teams or by calling our contact centre. Please see our contactus page for more information.

Can I amend my return flight if I am already on holiday?

If you booked a flight on our website or with our service center then please contact us to change your inbound flight.

Have you cancelled my flight?

If you are travelling outside of 48 hours, please login to 'Manage My Booking' where your flight information will be displayed. If there have been any flight changes, these will show here. 

A notification email will have been sent to your nominated email address to confirm details of any flight changes. Please check your Spam/Junk folders just in case your email security settings filter the emails to these folders.

How can I change my date of birth on my booking?

To correct the date of birth in your flight booking or within the APIS section please contact us by chat or by calling our Contact Centre.

 

How do I add a passenger to my booking?

Please make a new booking for any additional passenger as we are unable to add passengers to existing flight reservations.

How do I change my contact details?

If you have made a booking with ronanair.com please reach the Customer Contact Center. Opening hours are Monday - Sunday 08:00 - 22:00. 

To change any details connected to a Package holiday, please contact your booking agent directly.
