If you have a complaint regarding your Ronan Airlines booking or flight, you can contact us online using info@ronanair.com and our Customer Relations team will review your complaint and respond to you within 72 hours.

We are unable to provide a list of telephone numbers for our airport handling agents.
Please telephone the airport and ask to speak with the RonanAir handling agent or ticket desk.
There might be various reasons why you didn't get your exit seats i.e. the exit seats restrictions, aircraft changes or other. Please contact our ground staff for further assiatance.
Once your passport information has been submitted, this cannot be amended. However passport infomation can be ammended at the time of the check-in to particualr flight at the departure airport.
If you do need to make any changes, please contact our Live Chat, or our contact center teams by email. They will be able to take this information out of your booking, for you to enter this again online, you may do so by login in to 'manage my booking'section.
