Is it possible to add excess baggage to my flights, at the airport, on the day of departure, for connecting flights?

It might be possible to add excess baggage to both sectors of your flight provided that RonanAir has an agreement with the connecting Airline.
If possible, payment will be taken by the first airline, within each journey. All excess baggage is subject to availability and load on the day of departure.

What happens if my baggage is lost, delayed or damaged?

If you are landing at any other airport you will need to contact the Lost and Found Property desk at the airport concerned.  Their details are usually listed on the Airport website.

Lost/Delayed Hold Luggage

You will need to report this to the Ground Handler at the airport. A member of staff will complete a Property Irregularity Report (PIR) form for you and you will be given a letter to advise you of the next steps. The form will hold a reference number, which will allow you to track your lost baggage claim status online.

Damaged Hold Luggage

You will need to report the damaged bag to the Ground Handler at the airport. A member of staff will complete a Property Irregularity Report (PIR) for you and you will be given a letter to advise you of the next steps. Within 7 days of your bag being damaged you will need to make a claim through your Travel Insurance, or RonanAir Insurance. This can be done by contacting us or email admin2@ronanair.com.
