A hold baggage allowance is included in the flight fare for some of our flights depending on the route and class fare. For more information you can check our baggage section of the website
Your baggage allowance can be found by viewing your email booking confirmation or your booking online - please login online with your booking reference.
Please note your baggage allowance will show as a summary for all flight sectors on your booking e.g. if you have 2 passengers and 2 flights and 20kg hold baggage for both sectors and both passengers you will see this displayed as 4 x 20kg.
The outer dimensions of each item of baggage may not exceed 190 cm (length + width + height). If the specified outer dimensions are exceeded, excess baggage charges will be charged.
If you would like to reserve more hold baggage allowance you can do this within Manage My Booking. Here you can also reserve baggage allowance for sporting equipment.

We recommend that you pack valuables such as Cameras, Jewellery, Tablets devices etc in your hand luggage.
You can split your luggage allowance up to 4 bags if you wish, providing the combined weight does not exceed your baggage allowance as printed on your itinerary. Additionally any one suitcase should not exceed 32kgs.

You can use your flight number, or your departing and arrival airports to find this information.
If you have been delayed at the airport, for 3 hours or more, please go to http://ronanair.com/index.php/general/claims and complete the online form.
On this form please select 'Make a flight delay claim' and continue to complete all fields required.
This information will go to our Customer Relations team who will endeavour to respond within 28 days of recieving your form.
If you fail to check-in on time, the airline is entitled to refuse to allow you to board the flight.
Passengers who are refused travel will be responsible for arranging alternative transportation at their own expense.
Visa requirements are constantly changing and we would advise you to double check passprot and visa guides before confirming your booking.
Please Note: It is the reponsibility of the passenger to fullfill the visa requirements for respective destination. If you do not posses appropriate travel documents, we will deny accepting you for the particular flight and no refund of the ticket will be provided.
If your baggage tag shows your final destination, your bags will be checked through automatically to your next flight. If it doesn't you will need to collect your baggage and check it in as normal for your connecting flight.

Do flight prices include baggage?
Prices quoted www.ronanair.com include 20kg hand baggage in Economy and 30kg in Premium Economy as standard.
Checked baggage is available to purchase online for short and middle haul flights.

Our Contact Centre agents or our Chat team agents do not have real time flight delay or cancellation information. Please either contact a member of our ground staff at the airport concerned or visit the relevant airports website.
Please go to the transfer desk at the airport as the responsible airline will look at alternative flights for you.

When you are travelling we want you and other passengers to be comfortable. We would ask that you dress mindful of other people on the aircraft, including young children. Our crew may ask you to wear a cardigan, jumper or jacket if your clothing shows offensive slogans, images or might cause other passengers to feel uncomfortable. Footwear should be worn at all times when you are walking around the plane, and should be easily accessible when seated.
If alcohol has been purchased within the airport/duty free, it is not possible to consume this on any of RonanAir flights.
To consume any alcohol on board, this will need to be purchased on the RonanAir flight.

A short haul flight is a flight duration under 3 hours.
A medium haul flight is a flight duration between 3 and 7 hours.
A long haul flight is a flight duration of more than 7 hours.

You can click on this box and the information will appear to show you what is included and what can be booked additionally. When you are happy with this, please click the in the top right hand corner to exit from the screen
Yes, this is possible on most routes. Some destinations do restrict this.
First select your departure airport, then your arrival airport in the search box. Once this has been completed you'll be taken to the next stage to choose your travel dates. On the top of this page you'll see options for "Round Trip", "One Way" and "Multi-city". Select the "Multi-city" option and then your departure date.

On completion of any changes to your booking, you will receive a new email from Ronanair.com within 30 minutes.
A direct flight may touch down en-route for re-fueling, or to pick up and/or drop off passengers.
In these instances you are not normally required to disembark and the flight is still considered to be a direct flight.
A non-direct flight may require a change of aircraft en-route while a non-stop flight will take you directly to your final destination airport without stopping.
On occasions we may have to amend the operating route for operational reasons, including a touchdown. You will be notified to you as soon as possible and, at the latest, at check in or at the boarding gate.
All of Ronanair flights are direct.

A Round trip means you have two flights on your booking. We refer to these as an outbound flight and an inbound flight, from and to the same airports.
A One way flight is just one flight confirmed. This can be in any direction whether it from the Hungary or flying into the Hungary. I
Multi-city is where you can fly into one destination, then out of a different destination (which must be in the same country). Or, you could use different airports
