Passengers with allergies

If passengers have a severe allergy we recommend they take their own food onboard.

Peanuts and nut products are sold/provided on-board. Please advise a member of our crew once onboard the flight of your allergy.

The cabin crew can suspend the sale of nut products during that flight. They will make an announcement to other passengers requesting them to refrain from consuming their own nuts whilst onboard the aircraft.

Please be aware that we cannot guarantee a peanut free aircraft as other passengers may bring their own peanut products onboard and some of our snacks/meals onboard may contain nuts.

Flying with a plaster cast

f you have suffered a recent fracture, you are only able to fly if the cast is a split or backslap type after:

  • 24 hours after the initial injury for a short haul flight with a flight duration of up to two hours
  • 48 hours after the initial injury, for flights with a duration longer than two hours

If travelling before the above time limits, this could cause damage to the limb and severe discomfort.

You can take crutches or a walking stick on board the aircraft.
