Delayed baggage

If you arrive at your destination without your checked baggage, Ronan Air will assist you in retrieving your items and have it delivered to you as soon as possible.

  • Contact ground staff immediately

  • File a report with details of your delayed items

  • We will notify you as soon as we locate your baggage to the address specified

  • In the event your baggage is not located, you may file a Claim

  • Ronan Air will compensate you for any expenses incurred due to late delivery of baggage and if the baggage is considered lost (conditions apply).

Damaged baggage

In order to ensure your baggage can withstand the challenges of air travel, pack your bags with diligence and care, making sure it is properly secure. In case your baggage is damaged:

  • Report it upon arrival, before you leave the airport terminal, at the baggage claims area.

  • In the event you accept the baggage without complaint, then it will be assumed that the baggage has been delivered in good condition
